White variety adapted to the soil and slopes of Bierzo. Represents 4% of the grapes grown in the production area. Not much yield, early budding and early ripening. The bunch is small sized and compact. Berries are yellow-green color, small and uniforms. The pulp pigmentation is absent or very weak. |

Bierzo's white wines are maded mostly with the main varieties Godello and Doña blanca, and are complemented by Palomino and Malvasia in different percentages. | Claret Wine will be made with a percentage between 40% and 60% of authorized red varieties, the rest of the grape must be white grape of any of the authorized varieties. In the alcoholic fermentation of the must, it will be mandatory to use a percentage of between 5% and 10% of destemmed skins |
